Glazes

Ready to use glazes from Fusion Ceramics are supplied as dry powder with less than 5% residue on 200 mesh screen. These include glazes for wall tile, floor tile, dinnerware and pottery. Our technical department will be able to give you guidance and assistance in formulating the right glaze for you production conditions. Listed below are examples of glazes we offer:

SPECIALTY GLAZES

Frits commonly used for crystal glazes are F 75, F 413 & F 644. We recommend FZ 24, FZ 25 & F 493 for crackle glazes.

BLENDS

We supply batt wash for kiln furniture, prepared blends for ceramic bodies, bonds for the abrasive industry and premixed engobes (including BRIKOTE™) for the brick industry. We also custom blend in accordance with specifications (see TOLL PROCESSING).
